Natasha Kerensky was one of the few trueborns to go to the Inner Sphere with Jaime Wolf's Dragoons to study the Inner Sphere and assess their strengths and weaknesses by Wolf's Dragoons serving for and against every House of the Inner Sphere.

Natasha Kerensky was a sly and very competant MechWarrior, and she became a legend in the Inner Sphere for her skill, tenacity, and cleverness.

Among the few trueborn Clan warriors who accompanied Jaime and Joshua Wolf into the Inner Sphere was an able and unconventional MechWarrior named Natasha Kerensky - the so-called Black Widow. Genetically descended from Aleksandr Kerensky, Natasha was a beautiful but deadly warrior who exuded an air of mystique and seemed to beat any odds - a knack that earned her the nickname First Lady of Death. Her Black Widow Company, founded during the Marik Civil War and which grew later into the Black Widow Battalion, became the most feared unit in the Inner Sphere.

Natasha was against Jaime Wolf's plan to inform the Inner Sphere Houses of the Clans and their intention to invade them. She was also against Jaime's goal to fight alongside the Inner Sphere when the Clans invade.

In late 3050, when the Clans issued their call for the Bloodnamed Dragoons to return to Clan space, Natasha Kerensky followed suit and left the Inner Sphere. She returned to Clan Wolf and was tested for rank. Amazingly she beat all four opponents in her Trial of Position, and attained the rank of Star Colonel, which stunned many Wolf warriors.

Cutting a swath through Clan politics and several Trials of Position, Natasha took her place as Khan of Wolf Clan and then promptly returned to the Inner Sphere, where she fought valiantly on Tukayyid. On her reuniting with the Wolves, she surprised her brethren with her strange fighting style, which was excellent, but with Inner Sphere incorporated ways. Some Clan warriors were disgusted by it. Others were alerted and in awe. Natasha also brought back with her some Inner Sphere style of dress, and "Sphereiod" talk laced with wry jokes and contractions, which was considered to be disgusting by some warriors. Her strange attitude and words confused and embarrassed many Warriors, including Ranna. But she was a very keen and swift speaker and thinker, and few tried to challenge her, and those who did lost in battle.

Natasha Kerensky had a charming and friendly, but wry air. She cracked jokes a lot, and even made slight and playful mockery on others. But that did not take away from her fearsomeness as a warrior. It only made many respect her more, and confused a few.

Natasha Kerensky led the Wolf's Spiders after she returned to Clan Wolf. On Tukkayid, Natasha's Widowmakers defeated several Comstar Divisions, and Clan Wolf won their share in the Tukkayid battles, where most other Clans failed. Natasha became Khan of the Wolves while Ulric was ilKhan.

Five years after Tukayyid, during Clan Wolf's epic campaign against Clan Jade Falcon, Natasha was as merciless as ever on the battlefield. During the refusal war, Natasha led the Wolves in many victories over the Falcons.

In the first battle on Twycross, the Jade Falcons were beaten badly by the Inner Sphere, and lost many Warriors.

When Natasha Kerensky led her Wolf forces on Twycross in the Jade Falcons second battle there, this time with Clan Wolf, Natasha was in her seventies. Despite her age she was bright and lively, and still in excellent physical shape and light muscularity with good tone and somewhat ripped. She managed to trick the Jade Falcons on several battle occasions. But with time the Jade Falcons were more wary, and Natasha's plans were less successful. Some Jade Falcons had become accustomed to Wolf tricks, and also several Jade Falcons spotted Wolf operations and spies. And several Wolf radio messages were accidentally heard by Falcons.

Khan Natasha Kerensky was slain in her Widowmaker Dire Wolf by Star Commander Joanna of Clan Jade Falcon who piloted a regular Summoner Prime, in a duel on Twycross. Natasha Kerensky died in battle on December 7, 3057.

Natasha Kerensky had bright red hair, and a good physical build. She could fight well in hand to hand and 'Mech combat. She was capable until the moment she died in her 'Mech.
