Doctor Drogan, a man native to the Inner Sphere, was born on Toffen. A doctor, he is very dedicated to saving lives. He is very truthful and adamant in what he says, and sometimes his insistance and what he has to say irritates his Clan warrior superiors. Sometimes he defies subordination to the warrior caste, and will enter offices without knocking or asking permission. He uses contrations sometimes, and often this boldness in doing his work which he takes very seriously is an irritant to members of the warrior caste.

He found that Angela Bekker was more understanding, and was happy for that, but during the attack by Clan Wolf on the Ghost Bears on Toffen she also required him to work harder to save lives and mend wounds than he ever has done previously.
