Devon Osis was a high ranked Warrior of Clan Smoke Jaguar who led Tau Galaxy. He had the cruel and vicious spirit typical af Smoke Jaguars. Also he had little respect for life, and saw slaughtering innocents as nothing it got in the way of his goals. Devon Osis had dark eyes which usually vividly conveyed vicious intent.

On August 8, 3058 during a battle with the Nova Cats, Devon Osis was killed in his Dire Wolf by Major Loren Jaffrey of Northwind Highlanders while Osis was in a 'Mech versus Elementals fight with Star Colonel Santin West of the Nova Cats.
