Transfer of a new Warrior.
Star Captain Whongus knew he would be receiving a new Warrior to his star after the recent death of a MechWarrior in an honor duel. To his dismay be became aware that he would be sent a young Warrior fresh from graduating a Trial of Position from the cadet ranks.
Whongus immediately disliked the idea of gaining a very young Warrior to his Trinary. He knew that sometimes young Mechs were less apt to acting mature.
Whongus Hazen requested to have the open Warrior slot be given a more experienced Mech. It was denied, and after that Whongus gave a complaint to superiors.
After he was given and read the files on the young Warrior, Whongus Hazen became very irritated. But since his request was denied, he would have to accept his new role, though he disliked it.
Finally the new Mech was transferred to Whongus's Trinary. The OmniMech, a Timber Wolf D was named Warstorm. Whongus studied the youngster, and what he dreaded was true. It was a young childish one, skilled for its age range, but still having far too immature of a personality for his ease of tolerance.
As days went by since the arrival of the new Warrior, Whongus was irritated daily by MechWarrior Warstorm. The Timber Wolf often followed him around, studying his leadership and possibly even idolizing him as a Warrior. The young curious Mech would ask him questions, and also frequently request coupling, often at inappropriate times. The Mech would want to hang around him like a hungry fly.
To ease his tensions, Whongus would send her out exploring so he could have time away from the pesty machine, or he would send her off to gunnery practice more times and for longer durations than necessary. At these times he could be left alone then and enjoy some peace of airspace.
Sometimes to his surprise, Whongus could enjoy the times when the Timber Wolf followed her own curiosity and trekked the geographic areas beyond the base because she was curious, good at navigating, and liked traveling.
Eventually Whongus Hazen found even more uses for Warstorm's scouting runs. He even began sending Warstorm out to capture and bring back doughnuts for him. Whongus had a strange craving doughnuts, and he decided to use Warstorm's work to his advantage.
At first Whongus Hazen loved his new idea, but he eventually found out it was not a good thing to do as he began losing most of the doughnuts due to Warstorm's lack of ability to take doughnuts without using weapons, and the effects of using her highly damage producing weaponry.
Warstorm.
The day she was transferred into Whongus's Trinary Warstorm was bright and lively. She was ready for action, her legs looked ready to spring and her armored chassis seemed ready to burst from the energy of anticipation and incentive to explore, seek and destroy, and carry out a mission.
Whongus saw the curiousness in her nature. He quickly ordered her to do scouting mockups. His commands did well to satisfy her interests, if only temporarily. He liked that she was so eager to go out and hunt. Many Mechs in the Trinary had no desire to do that sort of thing. There was not enough honor in it. Things had been boring lately, and Whongus enjoyed the new change he added somewhat, though he had a shadow of dread of what may be to come with his new metal wonder added to his Trinary. Whongus saw the hints of immaturity in her already. He knew she would be be seeking and needing things and that would be a burden to him. Whongus liked freedom from that kind of thing. He disliked teaching and mentoring. It made him impatient, also irritated and embarrassed. He would have to devise some way of either finding things to suck up her interest and her time, or he would have to find a way to live with the new annoyance.
MechWarrior Warstorm was a young Mech. She was adventurous and alert, full of curiosity and desire to explore. She sought to learn more about the amazing thing called existence, about glory, and battle, about worlds, new terrains, new things to attack, and new ways to destroy them them. She sought more of what it is to be a BattleMech, to be a Warrior, to be a part of the Clan. Guided by unknown endlessly fueled forces, Warstorm seemed to never tire, never get bored of dealving into things. Along with that, Warstorm had intense physical drives. She was eager to use her body. To use its strength and power. Eager to move and explore, eager to fight and shoot, to view the end products of discharging of her weapons. And Warstorm was eager for coupling. Eager to mate with males, and enjoy the energy of it. It was like a constant magnetic attraction. Always present and always energized.
To Seek.. To Find..
+
On one hot afternoon the Timber Wolf set out from her alotted hangar. It was hazier than normal this day. A high pressure system stagnated the circulation of air. The lone BattleMech began to run on its long legs and the aircraftlike cockpit and the missile silos mounted on each shoulder moved up and down with each stride. The arched shoulders supported arms which carried low slung weapon pods, that acted separate from the rest of the machine, and responded to the mech's sighting, usually aiming in the direction of what was looked at.
The Mech carried past the station gates and out to quiet lands beyond. It was safe from bandits there. The area had been recenly used, and was well patrolled.
The young Timber Wolf set a heading for some hills near the coastal area. She would explore the countryside. Seeking to find the unknown from things. As usual she was scanning the terrain and horizons. Here during free hours she was alone simulating a battle sortie. Pretending to seek and attack invisible enemies.
As she traversed the hills of the Canam coastal area, the thuds of her Mech footsteps resounded in rhythym and synchronised with her wild ambitions.. Happily Warstorm ventured on, twisting her torso varyingly whenever she found the need to see better as she scanned to landscape. The landscape had varied features of rooling hills, small plateaus, some valleys and some flat areas. Vegetation and woodlands, other areas with openness of grasses, or area of rocky plain, and even some jagged rock outcrops. Warstorm scanned for real targets that she knew were probably not out there, but she also simulated that there were enemies out there waiting for her, ready to attack or entrap. She pretended that she would try to find them first, or to quickly respond with attack or evasiveness on detection or on surprise attack ambush if they found her first.
Warstorm climbed and began to scale a steep hill. As she ran she was tracking and mapping her course. When Warstorm arrived on planet she had not been given maps of the areas on Chuuen, only plots to follow to staging grounds or appointments. Warstorm was a good tracker, navigation was one of her great interests. She naturally picked up features, headings and courses easily, quickly memorizing them, and got it down well. Warstorm neared the crest of the hill. She imagined Mechs beyond in a grove at the other end of the wide flattish valley behind this hill.
She turned, but countiued moving higher until she could open the sight of them to the PPC in each arm pod. She imagined one Mech ahead of the others, and close enough to open fire on. She pretended to fire particle bolts on the Mech and sending two azure beams its way homing for its head. She moved downward behind the hill as she saw the beams sail out and hit the Mech almost right where she wanted. She also imagined the trails of Long Range Missiles arcing upward against the sky and heading her way, launched by the other Mechs behind in the distance. Wastorm trotted lower, and let the LRMs follow low, and let their courses end crashing into a tall grove of trees and short hills. Warstorm stopped, and let the enemy Mechs advance a little. She then hunkered low against the siloette of her hills and she slowly walked forward in an angled path that also allowed her to remain behind the hills while advancing forward on them.
She pretended that by now the enemy Mechs were close enough to be distinguished on her radar. She tracked their ranges, and kept note of their courses.
+One was ahead. it tried to get close and narc her. she stayed low and angaged the smallone lightly.
She let the others get in range. Timed her pop ups. fires ssrms on one. happy watches it get pummeled. one fires lasers on her. she fires an opportunity on the scout mech. the mech is so badly damaged it becomes very slow useless for fighting. she kills it so it cannot feed info. She fights the others using ssrms and ppcs. she kills some but she is outnumbered and "dies". she pretends to fight some more.
+She heads back feeling strong sexual urges and thinks about mating once she returns. she wants to ask whongus for coupling, and couple with him, and if not him, then someone else.
She returns to base and searches for whongus. She finds him in the distance and watches as she approaches.
..........
Gunnery
+running the gunnery range.
enemy targets with powered down weapons. warstorm's full power. though some weapons not often used full because of low resources. somtimes at gunnery ranges practice has to be fully simulated.
+enjoying firing ppcs and launching ssrms. running through gaunlets.
dodging fire. maneuvering.
+watching other mechs...............
Coupling
+Warstorm approaches Whongus Hazen and begins to ask for matings from Whongus. She seems to idolize him. and apparently humping with him is special. requests become frequent. he is usually very embarassed and gets sortof annoyed. he usually denies her requests. but his denials seem to stir even more desire in her. It sometimes frustrates and confuses her. eventually he gives in because he knows he wants to mate, and behind her irritating personality he has desire for the Timber Wolf, big and young as she is, and also he does not want her to become to frustrated or get worse from his delials.
Requesting coupling at inappropriate timings.
choosing requests for mating in strange times - outside the meeting area when he finished discussions and briefings with other commanders and captains. - right after reporting from a scouting sortie. take new mission orders ask for hump, hump, then go back out on journey. quite possibly her trainers and instructors had sex wherever and whenever and never taught otherwise. whongus thought that was truly really odd timing. it did not go with his type of timing.
Warstorm's matings with fellow mechs in trinary.. most mechs mated freely with warstorm. they were not embarrassed even though she was a wierd mech. dathon, vincent, baluth, ling, to them it was just a difference in her personality they still considered her a good mech and an equal. mikail rarley mated warstorm. he seemed uninterested possibly because of the size difference. gozo though was different. he did not mate her often. also she did not approach him much. he was acted strange reacted to her in odd ways. his wierd actions were strange to her and confused her. he disliked her..........
The unique Mech
Warstorm was different from many Mechs in Clan Storm Wolf. This area where she was uncommon was in her personality, and its central character. Beneath the typical well known traits of a Mech, like combat prowess, love of discharging weaponry, the will to fight to the death, after all that, Warstorm's spirit was gentle and kind, it could even be described as sweet by some.
Warstorm lacked the cruel heart that many Mechs often gained had as they became older. She was an adventurous Mech that fought hard and bravely and with spirit in battle, but deep inside there was no heart of cruelty within her.
Sometimes at Fetladral Cliff others who noticed Warstorm's uniqueness, took her character for weakness. MechWarrior Gozo from Whongus's Trinary was the first to really test Warstorm. He insulted her and used his strange up close and physical fighting style which Warstorm was not accustomed to with her strictly by the book cadet training. Gozo beat her with the odd style, superior skill and experience.
Eventually Warstorm began to be challenged to duels as members of Whongus's Trinary, and others at the base sought to test her strength as a Warrior.
